Relay for Life/Miss CherokeeTeam 2007

Relay for Life Cherokee was held Friday, May 4th at Sequoyah High School in Canton Georgia.  This was the first year that the Miss Cherokee County Scholarship Organization had our own Relay for Life team and what a huge success it was! Our wonderful Relay for Life Miss Cherokee Team raised over 1,000!

We also welcomed someone very special into the Miss Cherokee Family. Miss Abigail Kelley, 4, of Ballground was crowned as Miss Cherokee County Queen of Hope. It is with faith and honor that we crowned Abigail with this very special title. She is being treated for juvenile pilocytic astrocytoma. She is such an amazing and beautiful little girl, and we are very proud to have her as part of our royalty!

Our Young Miss Cherokee Queens, our Miss Cherokee Fair queens as well as our very own Miss Cherokee County, Christina McCauley and Miss Cherokee County's Outstanding Teen Mary Ashley Tucker came out in suport of Relay for Life! All the queens had a blast and did an amazing job!
